ARA DAMANSARA, 23 JUNE 2023: Sime Darby Property’s Spring of Change campaign bagged two awards at the MDA d Awards 2023. The campaign won Gold for the Best Use of Data category and Silver for Best Performance Marketing Campaign.
The Best Use of Data category awards the best use of data in solving business problems and providing new business opportunities across the marketing and/or communication spectrum, whereas the Best Performance Marketing Campaign category distinguishes successful campaigns that demonstrate a sound marketing funnel strategy.
Sime Darby Property was able to attain over 14,000 leads and sales bookings worth RM197 million in Gross Development Value over the course of the Spring of Change campaign last year.
By harnessing the power of digital technologies, data analytics and insights-gathering tools, we were able to maximise the impact of the Spring of Change campaign on property sales, as well as forge deeper connections with homebuyers, particularly township residents and communities.
Over the course of the campaign, which ran from 14 January till 28 February last year, Sime Darby Property was able to attain over 14,000 leads and sales bookings worth RM197 million in Gross Development Value. Sime Darby Property’s use of Facebook Live had also resulted in more than 640,000 views across four events held in the City of Elmina, Subang Jaya City Centre, Serenia City and Bandar Ainsdale.
Organised by the Malaysian Digital Association, the MDA d Awards 2023 paid tribute to talents, agencies, brands, publishers and digital service providers that embrace and pioneer the use of digital technologies, creating an impact on the future of businesses and lives of consumers.
