Understanding the potential of the strategically situated mall in the expanding City of Elmina township, tenants were already showing their keen interest prior to the completion of the mall.

An exciting line-up of tenants will add to the vibrancy of the growing City of Elmina township and is set to be the commercial pulse along the Guthrie Corridor region.

The 17.2-acre Elmina Lakeside Mall is the Company’s second wholly-owned mall and is slated for opening in Q3 2024. The neighbourhood mall, with a gross floor area of approximately 400,000 sq. ft. and 712 carparks, boasts a diverse range of offerings including drive-through restaurants, an array of local and international dining options, home and living, services and conveniences, health and wellness as well as boutique lifestyle retailers.

Understanding the potential of the strategically situated mall in the expanding City of Elmina township, tenants were already showing their keen interest prior to the completion of the mall.
