ARA DAMANSARA, 12 July 2019 – Sime Darby Property presents the Spotlight 8 campaign which offers Weekend Superdeals on existing products and gives customers the opportunity to purchase newly launched properties across eight locations in the Greater Klang Valley and Johor.

Spotlight 8 runs from 13 July to 29 Sept 2019, with Superdeals and New Launches happening every weekend throughout the campaign period.

The campaign will offer four new properties for sale ranging from landed and non-landed residential units, strategically located within the Klang Valley.

This weekend, the Spotlight is on Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, with the launch of Kyra. The 20’x75’ freehold double-storey link homes are the latest series in Sime Darby Property’s affordable homes collection, introduced in line with the national Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) which will run until 31 Dec 2019. The HOC offers buyers a minimum of 10% discount for open market properties and stamp duty exemption for residential units priced between RM300, 000 and RM2.5mil.

Other property launches to follow are Arina, the 22’X 75’ freehold two-storey link homes in Serenia City, Sepang, superlink homes in Bukit Jelutong, and Aurora, the first dto-based high-rise project in Subang Jaya City Centre. dto (pronounce ditto) is Malaysia’s first experiential online platform based on co-creation and crowd-sourcing that is expected to transform the future of property buying.

Sime Darby Property Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Gerard Yuen Yun Wei said the Spotlight 8 campaign is an extension of the successful Primetime 8 campaign which ran from March to April, this year. “We achieved RM1bil in sales during the two-month campaign period and now we’re back again to showcase exciting new products to the market, ranging from an affordable series to a community-driven project (dto). This time around, we will also be shining a light on existing properties within established and emerging townships.”
