ARA DAMANSARA, 14 DECEMBER 2023: Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property” or “Group”) further expands its recognition on a regional scale by winning Best Housing/Landed Development (Asia) at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final 2023 held in Bangkok, Thailand. This is the Group’s first recognition by PropertyGuru on a regional level.

Ilham Residence at the City of Elmina was recognised in the category, showcasing the Group’s proficiency in creating holistic, lifestyle-centric communities. The City of Elmina features a 300- acre Central Park, access to an extensive network of highways as well as homes designed for multigenerational living. Its masterplan focuses on wellness and connectivity, ensuring a balanced lifestyle within a natural setting.
