Reesia at Elmina Garden open for preview on 26 January 2019

Inspired by traditional estate homes that combine practical living with the latest innovations

CITY OF ELMINA, 24 January 2019 –Reesia at Elmina Gardens, a new residential development by Sime Darby Property at the award-winning City of Elmina township in Shah Alam, is available for preview on 26 January 2019 (Saturday).

Reesia is a freehold development spread over 14.92 acres comprising 90 units of spacious, 40’ x 80’ semi-detached homes with built up areas starting from 3,243 sq ft. The first phase of 42 units will be available this Saturday, with prices starting from RM 1,889,888 along with attractive sales packages.
