SUBANG JAYA, 6th March 2009 - Following the success of its two previous Parade of Homes campaign, Sime Darby Property (SDP) continues to offer homebuyers even better financing solutions which will allow buyers to continue acquiring property despite the current economic sentiment. In view of this, Sime Darby Property is introducing its third instalment of Parade of Homes campaign starting from 6 March 15 June 2009.
Teaming up with partners Maybank, CIMB and HSBC, among the financing innovations being offered this time is a special easy payment scheme which allows buyers to pay the difference between the purchase price and loan amount, in monthly instalments of up to 12 months.
Buyers will also be able to enjoy an interest free period during the construction period and an exclusive rate of BLR minus 2.3 per cent after vacant possession.
There is also an early bird cash rebate of as much as RM10,000.00 for purchasers who sign their Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) during the campaign period.
In addition, apart from down payment, buyers will enjoy zero entry cost which entitles them to free stamp duty on Memorandum of Transfer (MOT), Legal fees and disbursement on SPA and stamp duty on loan documentation.
On top of the four incentives stated, SDP will also be offering its Guaranteed Buy-Back (GBB) programme, which provides property buyers peace of mind by allowing them to sell their property back to the Company.
The first Parade of Homes in June 2008 attracted over 15,000 visitors and generated sales worth more than RM246 million over a period of nine days, while the second one in November 2008 generated over RM146 million in sales even as Malaysians began to face the pandemic effects of a faltering global economy.
Never one to rest on its laurels, Sime Darby Property had conducted research and focus groups to better understand the needs and concerns of property buyers, especially during the current economic situation before coming up with the suitable incentives and promotions that best addresses the concerns of prospective buyers.
This time around, we ve taken into consideration the economic situation and offering buyers a unique opportunity to preserve their savings by having the option to purchase a new home by paying in instalments and packages which are designed to give them more financial flexibility, better cash flow management and peace of mind, said Dato Tunku Putra Badlishah, Managing director of Sime Darby Property.
The very good take up rate shows that Malaysians are keen to buy a property of their own and the financial scheme provided by us offer the much needed relief for buyers in making their home ownership dream a reality , he added.
