A flying start to Sime Darby Property’s Affordable Collection
ARA DAMANSARA, 7 April 2019 – Sime Darby Property has done it again. Its first product under the Affordable Collection, Elsa, recorded an overwhelming 100% take-up on its launch day with 165 units sold.
Elsa, comprising freehold 20’ x 65’ double storey link homes, is located in the award winning township of Bandar Bukit Raja (BBR) in Klang, and is priced below RM500,000. BBR is well-connected via major highways like NKVE, Federal Highway, Shapadu Highway and the soon to be completed West Coast Expressway. It also houses a 100-acre town-park, the largest in Klang, aimed at integrating wellness into the residents’ lifestyle.
Elsa marks the launch of the Sime Darby Property Affordable Collection which include high-rise and landed properties priced below RM500,000, located within the Klang Valley. The company is expected to launch over 5,000 affordable homes from 2019 to 2021 under the Affordable Collection, which includes statutory and open market products.

Elsa is the fifth product under Sime Darby Property’s Primetime 8 campaign. Primetime 8 began in March 2019 and will carry 8 new product launches over 8 consecutive weeks, ending in April 2019. The campaign saw multiple successful launches including Elmina Valley Five which was 98% sold during its first phase launch on 24 March 2019.
