ARA DAMANSARA, 17 February 2016 – Sime Darby Property, the leader in developing sustainable communities, is set to promote its Negeri Sembilan townships through its Lifestyle@9 campaign.

The Lifestyle@9, a new initiative under Sime Darby Property’s annual Lifestyle Collection campaign is aimed at promoting its various developments in the state, which bears the hallmark of Sime Darby Property’s unique value proposition in maximising the overall potential of Greater Kuala Lumpur.

Sime Darby Property’s developments in Negeri Sembilan focuses on sustainable living, a concept of an environment that nurtures social and emotional health.

Whilst physical health and fitness are primarily prominent features of the lifestyle concept that carries the brand name of Lifestyle@9, other aspects that contributes to the success of a sustainable development such as culture, food, arts and entertainment are given equal prominence.

Jauhari Hamidi said, “Sime Darby Property is no stranger when it comes to developments in Negeri Sembilan with vibrant townships such as Nilai Impian, Bandar Ainsdale, Chemara Hills and Planters’ Haven. The campaign will make its debut with the All Wheel Fest on 20 February 2016 from 7am-12pm at Nilai Impian, the recreational and leisure event that aims to promote a healthy lifestyle in Negeri Sembilan, targeted for all ages.

Participants on non-motorised transportation--bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards and others—will be able to explore scenic routes in the township while enjoying a good time with their family, friends and members of the community.

Attendees of the All Wheel Fest will also have the opportunity to view Sime Darby Property’s newly launched affordable properties at the Nilai Impian Sales Gallery, the Kiara Court and Azalea 2.
