Sime Darby Property won The Edge Outstanding Property CEO Award, Top 3 in the Top Property Developers Award category and The Edge Affordable Urban Housing Excellence Award category. Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Abd Wahab Maskan, Managing Director of Sime Darby Property, was bestowed ‘The Edge Outstanding Property CEO Award’.

The Edge Malaysia’s ‘Property Excellence Award’, was established in 2003 to rank Malaysia’s best property players based on both quantitative and qualitative attributes.

The qualitative attributes of each nominee were judged by a distinguished panel comprising of experts in the real estate and property industries such as the Real Estate and Housing Developers Association Malaysia (REHDA), the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) of Malaysia and The Edge Malaysia.
