SDP QASEH Garners Good Response

9 March 2013 - The first phase of Sime Darby Property’s Quality Affordable Sime Darby Homes initiative or QASEH had taken off to a good start. A total of 185 units of affordable homes were launched in Bandar Ainsdale on 9 March with good support shown by home buyers and prospective buyers.

The 'Suci 1' homes, which consist of 16 units of landed strata double-storey terrace homes and 169 units of town houses, were priced between RM159, 888 to RM250, 888. These homes were offered exclusively to first time home buyers with monthly income of RM2, 500 to RM7, 500.

It also comes with great amenities that include multipurpose halls, places of worship, public recreation space and shops. The close proximity of Bandar Ainsdale to major highways and KTM Commuter Station provides great accessibility for all homeowners and is one of the major factors for the good take-up rate.

SDP is happy to see our affordable homes in Bandar Ainsdale being well received. This launch underscores our commitment as a socially responsible corporate entity to help the Government address the shortage of affordable homes in our economic centers quickly and effectively.
