Team Dali, made up of Phillipe Estiot and Iva Ag?ero, was selected as the overall winner of The Apartment: Style Edition. Malaysia's very own Team Opportunist, made up of Alex Phang Yin Fei and Chelsea Wong Chil Hsia were declared the runner-up. They drove away with an all new Ford Focus.?

The Apartment is the first interior design reality show in Asia. The series was co-created by Sime Darby Property and Emmy-award nominated Imagine Group. The Apartment: Style Edition, the show's recently completed second season, saw a total of eight two-person teams, including Team Dali, trying to outdo one another in designing various rooms and spaces of a home.?

Preliminary surveys indicated that the show has been very well received by Malaysian audience. From a social media stand point, the number of Likes on the Sime Darby Property's Facebook page jumped from 12,000 to over 85,000 during the two month long digital campaign. he added.?

In conjunction with The Apartment: Style Edition, Sime Darby Property also created a Facebook app called Style Your V?o, an online contest targeted at the show's viewers. Participants were invited to decorate a virtual living space in the V?o for a chance to win over RM20,000 in prizes.?

Clearly, this series has struck a chord amongst TV viewers. They appreciate the high caliber of the judges, the quality of the production, the innovativeness of the participants as well as the interactivity via Style Your V?o, Dato' Wahab added.?

Jamie Durie, world-renowned interior designer, television personality and author was the host and mentor in The Apartment: Style Edition, while Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, a highly-respected interior designer and TV personality, was the lead judge. There were also celebrity guest judges throughout the 10 episodes including Yiu Lin, fashion industry entrepreneur; Chef Michael Elfwing, Chef De Cuisine Of Senses (KL Hilton); Kim Robinson, internationally-renowned hair stylist; Andrea Fonseka, actress and model; Paula Malai Ali, TV personality; Lisa Crosswhite, online boutique entreprenuer; and Carmen Soo, actress and model.?

The presentation of the prizes to Team Dali and Team Opportunist was held today in conjunction with the official launch of the V?o. Just like The Apartment, The V?o sets the benchmark in terms of quality, creativity and innovation, Dato' Wahab said.?

The V?o features an impressive glass building fa?ade designed by award-winning London-based architect, 3DReid International. Jamie Durie, who is also a qualified horticulturist, also lent his expertise in landscaping the grounds and the ultra-spacious balconies of The V?o.?
