Energy Efficient (EE) Homes are featured across our townships, helping customers to reduce domestic electricity consumption. These EE Homes take into account industry requirements and market expectations - for example building orientation, optimal natural cooling, daylighting designs (reflecting the façade/fenestration design), thermal efficient material selection, indoor lighting planning, renewable energy and energy efficient features.

Lifestyle Homes
We define our lifestyle homes as homes that best meet our customers’ unique needs with features that help to improve their quality of life. For example, multigenerational living, excellent connectivity to essential amenities and facilities, plus recreational conveniences such as cycling and jogging tracks.

Target

Our Energy Efficient Homes target for 2030 is 10,000 homes.
