ARA DAMANSARA, 20 August 2019 –Demand for property in Kuala Lumpur’s southern growth corridor continues to be unrelenting as buyers took up more than 91 percent of Serenia Arina, the third offering under Sime Darby Property’s Serenia City township, in a single weekend.
Buyers took full advantage of the Spotlight 8 campaign and rushed to snap up 160 units of the 175 double-storey link houses on offer over the weekend launch.
