SDP is offering buyers a special downpayment of as low as RM3,000 with the remaining amount to be paid in instalments of up to 12 months via cash, credit card or post-dated cheques.
They also get to enjoy free stamp duty on memorandum of transfer and loan documents, as well as free legal fees for the disbursement of loan documentation and the Sale and Purchase Additionally, buyers do not have to pay interest during construction. They only start paying 2.3 per cent less than the Base Lending Rate upon receipt of notice of vacant possession.
There is also the early bird rebate of RM1,000 and guaranteed buy back feature whereby SDP is prepared to buy back properties sold during the campaign period, no questions asked.
So far, the Parade of Homes has seen over 1,500 homes sold worth more than RM8SO millioti from SDP s 10 townships across Klang Valley and Neqri Sembilan. - -No meagre feat, the amount surpassed the RM350 million tally of the first two Parade of Homes campaign held in lune and November last year.
