Notice to Purchasers*

Please be informed that the digital signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (eSPA) under the Housing Integrated Management System(HIMS) by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) is expected to take effect from 1 January 2026.

Purchasers are required to install “IDsaya” mobile application and complete the KYC verification via application prior to signing the eSPA. By proceeding with the purchase, purchasers acknowledge and agree that these steps form part of the signing process under the HIMS platform.
