How can I be eligible for Get Rewarded up to RM8,000*

If the Purchaser(s) is buying the selected property as listed in Table B from the Vendor/Developer within the stipulated period in Paragraph 1 below, a lump sum amount as particularly described in Table A will be paid to the Purchaser(s);

  7. Time is of the essence and the validity of the Offer shall not be extended in any circumstance. All the terms and conditions herein are non-negotiable and all decisions made by the Vendor/Developer are final and binding. No correspondence to negotiate the terms and conditions will be entertained;
  8. The terms and conditions stipulated herein are subject to change, variation and/or amendments by the Vendor/Developer as it may deem necessary without further notice to the Purchaser(s).
  9. The Vendor/Developer has the absolute right to withdraw the Offer or any part thereof at any time and without any further notice being given in the event of the Purchaser(s)’ failure to execute the SPA and all relevant documents within the prescribed period herein, the Purchaser(s)’ failure to observe, comply and/or perform any of the stipulated terms and conditions and/or the SPA is terminated for any reason whatsoever.
