Rizal Rickman Ramly
SDP Group - Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman

Rizal Rickman Ramly is the Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors effective 7 May 2021. He is Cheid Investment Officer, Private & Strategic Investments for Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”). In his current role, he oversees all activities related to PNB’s real estate portfolio including landbanking, strategic development, domestic and international property investments, hospitality and affordable housing.

SDP Group - Managing Director

Dato Azmir has a wealth of cross-functional experience from his background in corporate advisory and as a senior business leader. Prior to his current role, Dato Azmir was previously the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of UEM Edgenta Berhad, one of the largest Asset Management & Infrastructure Solutions companies in Asia. He led the merger and aaquisitions as well as integration of five companies involved in Healthcare Services, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Consultancy with operations in Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, New Zealand, and Australia as part of the creation of UEM Edgenta Berhad.

Trent Iliffe
LOGOS Group - Joint Managing Director

A co-founder of LOGOS, Trent brings over 30 years of experience in real estate and funds management, who has successfully completed over A$3billion of transactions.

Prior to joining LOGOS, as the Regional Director with LaSalle Investment Management, Trent was responsible for Industrial real estate investment in China and the Asia Pacific where he negotiated Joint Ventures, Development Management, Asset Management and Sale and Purchase Agreements. He also established JLL's China Industrial Business leading 60 staff in seven offices around China, transacting 260,000 sqm of projects and increasing revenue by over 800% during his time with the business. Trent's career includes a highly successful span as the National Transaction Leader at Colliers International.

John Marsh
LOGOS Group - Joint Managing Director

A co-founder of LOGOS, John brings over 25 years’ experience in the global property arena in a career managing over 2,500,000sqm of logistics real estate and forging a global network of relationships in property, commerce and industry.

John's qualifications and career foundations are in architecture and engineering in the commercial and industrial sectors. John built Goodman to be Australia's leading business place developer with over 120 staff and a development track record of 1,000,000 sqm per annum. John established joint ventures for Goodman across both the fund management and development platforms in Australia, New Zealand and Asia with clients including Toll, DHL and Linfox. John also led Australand's NSW and Queensland commercial development division.
